Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Fast & Secure Shipping
We know you’re eager to finish your build. We prioritize speed and security for every order.

Processing Time: Orders for in-stock OEM slides typically ship within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Carrier & Tracking: We primarily ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

Discrete Packaging: For your privacy and security, all items are shipped in plain, unmarked tactical-grade packaging.

Insurance & Signatures: Due to the high value of OEM factory assemblies, orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery. We highly recommend selecting “Insured Shipping” at checkout to protect against carrier loss or theft.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because we deal exclusively in Genuine OEM Factory parts, we maintain strict return standards to ensure every customer receives a “Factory New” product.

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, the slide assembly must be in unaltered, unfired, and uninstalled condition. Once a slide has been racked on a frame, installed with aftermarket sights, or fired, it is no longer considered “Factory New” and cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing.

Defective Items: If you receive a part with a genuine manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to facilitate a replacement or a factory warranty claim.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has moved to “Shipped” status, it must be treated as a standard return and will be subject to the restocking fee.
4. Legal & Compliance

No International Shipping: We do not ship firearm components outside of the United States. All orders must comply with ITAR regulations.

Local Laws: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the parts purchased are legal in their specific state and jurisdiction.
